1	What is iConnectX? Registration123 Answer: iConnectX, the revolutionary new social platform where professionals use their networking skills to support nonprofits. Nonprofits gain access to free tools to promote their cause, volunteer opportunities, manage auctions, events and ticket selling.
2	How do I participate as an Individual? Registration123 Answer: Build a Network By registering as this type of user, you will be able to purchase time from Executive and Experts, but you will not be able to build an iBridge and sell your time to help support nonprofits. You can participate in all other activities such as auctions and events for the nonprofits. "Donate time as an Executive/Expert" Executives and Subject Matter Experts can not only register, but they have access to our Patent pending “iBridge” feature. This allows them to donate their time in exchange for a donation to their favorite cause. Other registered users pay for using this time based on the set iBridge price. Money paid by the user goes to the nonprofit of the executive or subject matter expert’s choice after the meeting is completed
3	How do I participate as an organization? Registration123 Answer: Charity/Nonprofit : When you register on iConnectX as a nonprofit organization, you are enabled with tools to set up an iConnectX page in the platform to promote your cause, programs, volunteer opportunities, Fundraisers, Auctions, Host events, sell tickets and gain more donors. Company Account: When you register as a Company, you are enabled with tools to set up an iConnectX page in the platform to promote your business and build your brand. You can follow and support nonprofits as part of your corporate social responsibility programs and engage your employees to register and make more of an impact supporting your cause. Sponsor community events Support charitable organizations Integrate iConnectX with corporate social responsibility programs Engage employees to support social giving campaigns Increased marketing opportunities
4	How to create an account? Registration123 Answer: Click on Create Account on the Home Page Choose how you would like to participate? Individual/Organization Fill the registration form and click on submit
5	Does iConnectX have a Mobile App? Registration123 Answer: Yes. You can download the mobile app from the Google Play store or Apple App Store. Download the app for iPhone or Android Or, scan the code below to download the iConnectX app.
6	How do I invite others who are not registered in iConnectX? Registration123 Answer: Login to your iConnectX account Click on connections In the provided text box, enter his/her email id and click on “Invite”
7	How do I search for my favorite Charity before I register? Registration123 Answer: Go to www.iConnectX.com Enter your favorite charity name in the box that says “Find Nonprofits, people, Companies, Events & Auctions and click on the magnifying glass.
8	I forgot my password what do I do? Registration123 Answer: You can get reset your password with us. Simply follow the steps below: Click on Login Click on “Forgot your password” Enter your email id and click on “Send reset password email” You will receive an email to the account you used to register Click on provided link You will be taken to a page to enter and confirm your new password. Click on reset password and you are complete!
9	What is a Charity Page? How do I create a Charity Page? Charity Admin123 Answer: A Charity page is a mini website created in iConnectX for all the Nonprofit Organization to promote the current Programs, volunteer opportunities, auctions and all their upcoming events to all the users to get additional donors. Steps to Create Charity Page: Login to your Charity Account In the Charity Account dashboard click on your Charity name. You can now add your Trustees, Programs, Volunteer Opportunities, Upcoming Events and Auctions
10	Can I invite people to follow my Charity? Charity Admin123 Answer: Yes. You can invite iConnectX registered and unregistered members to follow your Charity. Steps: Login to iConnectX charity account Click on the Invite button To invite the registered user, enter the Username and click on Search To invite unregistered please enter a valid email id and click on invite
11	What is an Auction? How to create an auction in this application? Charity Admin123 Answer: Auction is a public sale in which goods or property are sold to the highest bidder. The auction items can be Donated Time from a sponsor, Electronics, Lifestyle/Experience. Charities can use the Auction functionality to earn additional donations. Charity admin users can create an auction to sell donated time from celebrities or executive sponsors, or goods/services donated to their organization. It is easy to set up an auction through the Charity Admin account. If you want, we can set it up for you. Contact us at support@iconnectx.com Auctions can be created in a few simple steps: In your Charity Account, click on the Auctions tab and then click on the Host an Auction button Enter the Auction item name and all the mandatory details. Click on create Auction Watch the bidding come in.
12	How do I post an upcoming event in iConnectX? Charity Admin123 Answer: In your Charity Account, click on the Events tab, then click on “Host an Event” Enter all the mandatory event details and Click on Save & Publish. You will be directed to the Event page you just created, here you will add a banner Image by clicking on the camera icon Your event is now running and listed in the iConnectX Marketplace.
13	I am a Charity Admin. Where do I find list of my activities like Donations received, iBridge earnings, Auction Event earnings and overall earnings? Charity Admin123 Answer: Login to your Charity Account Click on Dashboard to see your Donations, IBridge Earnings, Auction/ Event earnings and Overall earnings.
14	Where do I find all the current Events, Auctions, and iBridges in iConnectX? User123 Answer: In the iConnectX Marketplace! Simply login to your account and go to: Market Place
15	Where do I find a list my Activities, Donations made, IBridge Payments, Auction and Event Payments and overall earnings for Nonprofits? User123 Answer: Login to your Account Click on Marketplace and go to your Dashboard.
16	How do I bid on the Auction items? User123 Answer: You can find all current auctions in the iConnectX Marketplace. Login to your Account Go to Market Place Click on Auction You are ready to Bid
17	How can I use the Auto Bid feature? User123 Answer: Check the Auto Bid Box Enter the Max Bid Amount Click on Auto Bid
18	How do I know I am the highest Bidder? How do I know if I am outbid by another person? User123 Answer: You will get an email from iConnectX Admin when you are the highest bidder and if you are outbid by another person.
19	How do I know if I win an Auction item? How do I make the Payment? User123 Answer: Once the Auction ends, the highest bidder will get an email from iConnectX Admin notifying them to make a payment for the item. How to Make the Payment Login to your Account Go to Market Place Click on Auction Click on Payment Pending Complete the Form Click on Pay
20	How do I register for an Event? User123 Answer: Login to your account Go to the Marketplace and click on Events. Find the event you want to attend and click on View Let the organizer how you want to participate by selecting Register
21	Where do I see all the currently onboarded Charities in iConnectX? Can I follow my favorite Charity? User123 Answer: Login to your iConnectX Account and Click on “Charity”. Click on “Follow” to support your favorite Charity.
22	Where do I see all the currently onboarded Companies in iConnectX? Can I follow the Company? User123 Answer: Login to your iConnectX Account and Click on “Company”. Click on “Follow” to support or join your company.
23	Can I share posts Articles, posts, Blogs , Images, Success Stories? Can my connections like Comment and Share User123 Answer: Yes. Login to your iConnectX account and click on “Feed” section. Here you can post your story.
24	How do I add a connection? User123 Answer: Login to your account and follow these steps Click on your profile picture right top of the page and click on “My Connections” Type the person’s name in the “Search your connections” line To send a connection request, click on connect. Connect option may not be available for some people, based on their privacy settings.
25	How do I send message using my iConnectX account? User123 Answer: Login to your iConnectX account Click on the Messages in the top right corner Click on “Compose Message” and type out your message Click on “Send Message”
26	Can I send messages to only my connections? User123 Answer: Yes, you can send messages only to your connections
27	I have a question about iConnectX. Who can I contact? User123 Answer: Click on the “Contact US” at the top of the page Add all the mandatory details and click on “Submit”
